A woman must answer this question, but I will try to write what I think they are looking for in a man.
A man must raise the curiosity of a woman, if she finds such a man, she will attract him towards her, then becomes his friend and listen to what he wants and gives him more and if that happens, she will keep him all her life. This is the goal, the approach is different by different females. Hope I am right.

Depends on wat woman you are eyeing out,
If she is shallow- Large "tool", Large bank account, Car with Large engine, Mansion.
If she is cosiderate - Open personality, Confident, Well groomed ect.
