Sure, you work together, but that doesn't really mean anything, it could lead to a relationship, it might not. Generally most places have laws that prevent any relationship interfering with work. If you have a successful relationship, that's great. If not, well it's a one night stand, remember it as that and nothing more.
It doesn't have too (and shouldn't) interfere with your job, so don't worry too much.

Well I can say the relationship at work will be awkward now. I suggest just do you job for now, and try to find new one for sure. He will more than likely try to use that to his advantage now and try to have sex with you more for promotions and things like that.

Can't be undone, but poor judgement, on his part.
Can happen anywhere there are mixed employees.
You can try to overcome it, but I'd bet he will approach you again and again. Look elsewhere if that happens. It won't get better.

just be cool about it, don't do anything since she is watching now, she will be afraid since you can charge her with sexual harassment, it does not matter that she is a woman, she is your superior and she will get in trouble if someone finds out. if you are thinking about sue-ing her or the company, then get it in your phone or video or something and then they can't touch you, if have proof and you sue, you will win a million in cash.
