You have to eat breakfast - its the most important meal of the day because lets your body know its time to wake up and start burning calories.
find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise, 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (dont count calories burned - there is no way machines could ever tell it precisely - all you need to count is time doing cardio)
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas

Great about the gym, but ensure you have a good personal program that keeps variety in your workout, without harming your muscles and joints. A tailored workout will target the areas you want to tone. As for only eating dinner - you need to eat breakfast and lunch as well; a healthy breakfast gives your metabolism a kick start for the day ahead and a healthy, balanced lunch and dinner will give you the nutrients and energy your body needs to function effectively (especially if you're using the gym every day!) If you're not hungry enough to eat a lot, try eating little and often, but make sure you eat some breakfast. Well done for your efforts so far, you've obviously got the motivation! But don't starve yourself or harm your body, find a healthy balance you can enjoy and maintain.
