Do they really have MOT,road tax, driving licences or insurance. They certainly don't contribute to local authority rates, or towards the vast sums of money needed to clear up places they have recently visited. Yet new labour loves them, instructing local councils to provide more sites, usually adjacent to owner occupied property. Its human rights gone mad again.

Well I guess Gypsies have PC's, Photoshop and photo-real colour printers just like the rest of us ??

My expectation is that, when the authorities demand sight of any paperwork that can be 'checked', who-ever has the required documents will 'lend' them to who-ever needs them :-)

What makes you think they have a licence in the first place ? As a previous answer, they contribute nothing and are always on the "take"

They just need an address where they can be contacted. It's not illegal to not actually live there, providing the mail sent there will get to them.

do they bother getting one in the first place?

The police take no action.... to much paperwork and too much risk of being called 'racist'......... so why bother in the first place?
