My fiancé and I are getting married early next year and we would like to have a Latin phrase tattooed to celebrate our wedding ! We would like something along the lines of ..."this is our vow" I have used a free translation website but not sure of it's accuracy so would appreciate if anyone can make a suggestion.

The latin for vow is "voveo" but the second one sounds better.
Use an 'old english' font for the tattoo - all the best for a happy married life :)

If you want to emphasize a bit more you could go with
"ECCE VOTUM NOSTRUM" that translates something like "Look, this (is) our vow " or " Here (is) our vow".
HOC VOTUM NOSTRUM (EST) translates "this is our vow" (I guess is not necessary to put "est" that in Latin is always omitted when it's not necessary, and this is the case).
