yesterday, i suddenly had a feeling that i wondered
how would it be like if i was trying to curse on everything that i do even my every movement
now i can't get this out of me and im anxious all the time
what can i do except seeing someone

i think this is the contributing factor of putting myself in too many guilty situations and my sensitivity is sensitive beyond the line

Do something, anything that interests you. When you do nothing, all the non-activity only raises your bodies response to do something; hence the anxiety.

try to stop thinking like this do somthing u like or try somthing new like rearrange ur stuff , have a walk away from the place u live in ...etc
stop the felling of guilt what had happened stay in the past ..... and look toward life .... it is not the end of the world yet

You need to start thinking some positive thoughts.Everybody
has a pity party once in awhile but you'll get over it.
