Can a gal carry a guy ? like say piggyback or something like that. strong enough for that . what do you think?

Of course... in any situation example in an emergency situation...the guys get injured, the girls will have the extra strength to carry them..

Generally speaking, I would think that this would depend on the relative stature of the woman and the man.
Also, the woman's upper body strength would be a significant factor, as would abdominal development. The abdominal development would help with overall posture and in turn the posture would help with the positioning in the piggyback.
Even if the man is a lot shorter and thinner overall, if he's leaning forward too much over the shoulders, even a larger-framed woman could topple over.
