You call yourself "cool" and then you ask such a stupid question, that to in a public forum. What guts?
And secondly why worry? Be yourself. Try to know more about the world around you. Try developing your hobby / hobbies. Mingle in crowds. Slowly but surely people ( if you want ... females,too) will start noticing you. And few will become friends, too.
On the second thoughts, why obsess yourself with friendship with gals only? Friends are friends and they are forever there for you. ( you are expected to be so, in return.)
