I'm currently doing the weightwatchers diet - which doesn't seem very glamourous, but since 1st October I've lost 2 stone! Also, you don't have to go to the meetings, all you need to do is find out the information and do it from home. Each food has a certain amount of points, and you've got a daily points allowance that you're allowed to eat (it differs from person to person). Anyway, I can honestly say that I'm never hungry on this diet, and I can eat nice things like chocolate as long as I don't go over my points allowance.
If you want any more information, just send me a message, or go on www.weightwatchers.co.uk. If you go on the message boards there's loads of friendly people there who will help you.
Hope that helps.

Just eat healthy food, cut back on the alcohol and takeaway food. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. As for the exercise, put the baby in a pram thing and go for walks around your neighbourhood. You need to eat regularly through the day to maintain your strength for caring for your baby. If you rush the weight off by dieting, when you stop the diet, you'll only revert back to your old eating habits and gain the weight back, plus more. So I say, eat healthy and often, and make sure to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables

1. A bit of exercise, but don't overdo it to the point of becoming discouraged.
2. Cut out the starchy foods and carb-heavy foods, like breads, pastas and potatoes.
3. Keep up the protein, and increase the intake of white meats (like chicken) and fish, whilst reducing the red meat intake.
4. Eat as many Veges as you like, particularly things like Broccolli, Cauliflower, and plenty of salads.

up your fruit and veg, cut out sugar and full fat, walk everywhere, don't eat in the evenings, don't drink alcohol and don't try to loose weight too fast, a couple of pounds a week will be easier to keep off.
