I owed both Idaho and Washington state for back child support. I Paid the total amount owed with 1 check to State of Idaho but Washington never received their portion. Washington is now garnishing my wages and Idaho won't give Washington their portion that I paid. Who can help me fix this?

Was this to go to two separate people? If so, why did you pay it all to Idaho? If it was all to one person, who now lives in Idaho, then that makes sense - but you'll probably need a lawyer to do the paperwork to get this released.

And the reason that you paid monies owed to Washington to Idaho is???

You need to recover the overpayment from Idaho and then pay it to Washington.

If you overpaid Idaho, it is up to you to recover the overpayment, not Washington.

IF he had signed away his Parental Rights, they won't order toddler help from him. some States do no longer require DNA to reserve toddler help, in basic terms the call on the delivery certificates. some States, regardless of DNA proving he's not the daddy, anticipate that his signing of the delivery certificates, is his way of accepting any household initiatives. i do no longer understand the particular rules there. do no longer neglect approximately a felony courtroom Order. combat it, in case you think of that's unjust, yet be arranged to pay it as ordered by way of the courtroom/choose.
