I agree with Jack W.

The only way to "make this right," if that's possible, is to take your medicine like a man: Tell her parents (by phone or note) that you will pay all their costs related to the accident and offer to turn yourself into the police for providing alcohol to a minor. Prepare to be prosecuted, and like Jack W. said, get yourself a lawyer.

They may never like you again, but hopefully in time they will at least respect the fact that you owned up and took responsibility. If there is the slimmest of all slim chances for you to ever date this girl again, it's through you holding yourself accountable to the parents and in the eyes of the law. No, your girlfriend isn't blameless, but the bottom line is: It was illegal for you to give her the drinks and you should have taken her car keys from her, got on the phone with her mom and explained what happened. The parents would still be pissed at you, but nothing compared to what they feel right now.

Good luck.

You gave a person under the legal age alcohol. Unfortunately, you will have to suffer the consequences for it. Ideally, she should have known better than to drink, but you were the actual adult that gave it to her. Why would she be driving 105 mph in the rain anyway? She needs to learn her lesson too.

Just let it blow over for now. Later you can apologize, and tell them that you have learned your lesson. Hopefully she will do the same.

You provided the alcohol to a minor - you're responsible. There could be criminal charges and a civil lawsuit for damages. Dumb decision on your part. Hire a good attorney.

u need to take responsibility for your role... but at 18 this girl knew better as well. contact parents... and ask for sit down. tell them how sorry you are.. and that you acted immaturely. ask how you can make amends..because you truly care for their daughter. if that is the case.

yeah if it was my daughter i would be pissed that u gave her alcohol but she was stupid enough to get in the car too..

her parents are blaming you because its easier for them to believe that its your fault rather then put any blame on her

you will just have to wait to hear from her i spose or find another way to contact her

maybe she doesnt want you to contact her and asked her parents to do that i dont know...

but her parents are blaming you first and foremost coz its easier to blame u then her

(just like if a guy cheats on a girl, its easier for the girl to HATE the girl he cheated on her with rather than be mad at him!)

lifes stupid in that way

Step up and be a man. I am surprised you have not been charged.
If she had refused to sleep with you I am sure you would have found a way to convince her to stay!!!!!!!
You played with her life, you should pay the consequences....

And to think all you had to do was take away the car keys.
