Hi Kat- I am sorry you are going through a hard time right now. It is very painful when this happens. I will be Praying for you to gain some strength and encouragement. God is looking after you, especially during the storms in our lives. It is hard to get it together when feeling this way, as I know this personally. I was one very lost soul @ one time, and after asking God to help me, he eventually did. It took a surprise pregnancy @ age 41 to keep me from an addiction. This is when I really knew what "One set of footprints in the sand" truly meant. HE is carrying you through this storm, and through the power of prayer from many others, HE will hear the prayers directed @ you. If you ever need to email me, please do so. If I don't answer immediately, please don't fret, as I am merely at work, or elsewhere. BUT, I will answer you. I've had happiness ripped out of my hands, too. It hurts, I realize this. But, with your Faith in GOD, you will get through this. Know the Prayers are marching on for you from many. Take care and GOD BLESS YOU! Julie
PS- Writing my thoughts down in a Journal always helped get some of those feelings out. xoxoxoxoxo

Well, I wil pray for you, but I have a site you could check out.
www.novus.org
Before you judge it, check it out, and if its not your thing, okay. No biggie, but at least give it a once over, k?
Whatever it is you are going through, just remember that God is always with you, and He loves you. You are here merely to perfect your soul for Him, and He won't put you through anything you can't handle.
And, I know I don't know anything of your troubles, but if its about a man/woman, just let it go. Its not worth the pain, trust me!
Best of luck with your situation, and may God bless you and keep you safe.

As Job needed encouragers, so do we all.
Dear Lord, may I request that you to be with our friend here today. Wipe her tears away. Bestow on her, strength, hope, wisdom, guidance, and above all, Your love. May Kat begin to feel Your presence this very moment. May she know in her heart... that even when we are discouraged, feeling hopeless, lonely and lost, You are always there. Bless her with encouraging friends, with whom she can lean on. Let her realize that her faith will grow through this experience. I, myself, recently was at the "jumping off place." I had to take this so-called "leap of faith." Currently, I am "hand-gliding" with the Lord. I trust you, Lord, that You will be with me, as I walk through the valleys of my life. And so, with that trust, I ask you to bless Kat with faith. Let her know that with even the smallest steps of faith that she makes, You are there, the entire way. Amen.
God bless you, Kat. And that reminds me to pray for my old friend, Kat, who I haven't heard from in years.
E-mail your friends. Keep reaching out. You are doing all the right things.
God bless you again.

i'm really sorry to hear that, and i'm sure its a stereotypical answer, but hold on and keep strong and soon you'll be looking back going man that sucked!! but look at me now. we're all told that the test are there for that reason - to test us. hold on to your faith and listen for a sighn, answer, anything. if you need to talk try a christian counsellor if you don't like the regular ones. it may help you to help others. its the best uplift ever. volunteer, grab a sandwhich for that homeless man you see everyday etc. i know it sounds all la la la i'm wonderful, but it does help if u give it a go. by the way i came thru it gr8 with a stronger understanding of self and faiththan ever. and say thanks for anything that is good!! all the best and honestly, may God Bless you

Keep doing what you know to be doing. Try not to focus on emotions, as they come & go. Be good to yourself. Something I do when I need encouragement? I wrote little notes of encouragement to others, like my co-workers. This makes me focus on someone else. Keep music playing in the background to help keep your mind occupied.
If none of our suggestions help, you could consider an anti-depressant.

I know you may find it hard to believe, but right now many people Christians or not are going through very similar or worse.
We are (especially Christians) just been through it, going through rough times, even tragic/devastating/heartbreaking things - or are about to.
Hang in their Sis and trust God even though we don't know His plan right now, we will one day.
Read your Bible, Pray and sing.
Cry your heart out to Him, as He knows every little thing about you.
You are in my prayers.
