If you look in the area where the audience gets to vote for best answers because the Asker didn't choose, the audience almost always chooses the first answer. Check it out!

when i post a question i find most of my answerers seem to fail to understand it (or perhaps have other reasons for the private rants they offer me as an answer).

out of answers that address the question i value most the ones that tell me something i don't already know (or better still: challenge something i thought i did).

i also like the witty ones - but you don't get very many of that sort around here.

LOL good Q the one that either sides with your views or brings you joy or delight thats how I give out my points and the best that logically makes sense and isnt offensive.
