Are there any ramen-type noodles out there that are either low in sodium or saturated fat or both? I know it may seem kind of an oxymoron, but there has to be some out there

Ramen noodles are generally made with alot of oil, which boosts the calorie content considerably. And, the broth is high in sodium! Take a look at rice noodles or soba noodles that you cook yourself. Create your own broth with a little miso, ginger, fish sauce and chicken or vege broth.
