I am working as a Secretary but i am not that good in my English language. As English is my second language.
I am very bad in spellings and letter wrinting.
I always do mistakes in my dictations which i do for my boss.
I need to improve as its a bad point for my career.
pls help to improve my spellings and etc

All you can do is practice - nobody else can do the work for you. This is also possibly not the right forum to approach if you want perfect English - many people on here have only a very approximate idea about spelling, grammar, etc. Good luck.

take up a grammar class at a local community college.
