Talk to him, see whats up. Maybe he's stressed about something. Maybe their is something going on in his life that he is trying to protect you from, or otherwise deal with on his own. Let him know that you love him, and want to be their for him, but the only way you can is to know whats up.

See every relationship have some hard patches and these are the moments that will make you more attached to that person so it depends on your perspective that how u r taking that situation, take one or two days off talking and during this period ask yourself a ques whether you were serious enough about this relationship and if yes then i say just go for it don't wait for the other person to come and pamper you and you will feel the diff that now you r more attached to that person, on the flip side if the answer is no then let it be the way it is.

Talk about it. It might just be that you are so comfortable with each other that arent cuddly anymore. Me and my gf have been together for lil over 3 years and we r completly different than when first started dateing.

Assume, just like you are, that maybe he doesn't want to be together anymore. Or that he has found something else that peaks his interest. Talk to him and try to get him to divulge what the issue is, but don't pry. Be subtle.
