Let us look at Psalm 23
Ps 23:1-6 The LORD is my Shepherd; I shall not want..... Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Q1) .The LORD is Jehovah - any dispute? Y / N
Q2) .Who is this Person whom David is speaking about? Father , Son or Holy Spirit??
So......why is the Jehovah Witnesses having so much trouble to see that, indeed that the Lord Jesus Christ is Jehovah?

Is it not obvious,
John 10:11 I am the good Shepherd: the good Shepherd giveth His life for the sheep.
Heb 13:20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that Great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
1Pe 2:25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
1Pe 5:4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

You are quite right, as many claim to trust Jesus in the mouth, but in truth, their hearts are far away and the based their trust PRESUMPTUOUSLY on the faith of others!
Is it any wonder Matt 7:21-23 happens??

Sorry JC
Dare you to try this out. To read the Word of God!!
Read from Isaiah 40-45
Every time the word "LORD" (ie Jehovah) is mentioned, try and figure out Who is speaking.
eg Isa 43:10 Ye are My witnesses, saith the LORD, and My servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I am he: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.
Who is this Person speaking, the LORD?
Dare you to try and find out.
He is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ!!
You had been Jehovah's Witnesses, witnesses for Jehovah the Lord Jesus Christ Himself; Who spoke in first Person, I AM THAT I AM (when He reveal Himself to Moses), all the "I" from Isaiah 40-45, the Person was the Lord Jesus Christ refering to Himself as "I".
Are you honest enough to acknowledge??

There are a lot of things in the bible that spell out the truth, it is some people just prefer to ignore it to remain loyal to their religion. I think that the worst thing a person can do is follow a religion, they need to follow what the bible says. The problem is that so many people are too lazy to read the bible and so they trust their salvation to someone else who could be teaching them the wrong way. I personally believe this is a terrible mistake. As for the Mormon, in the book of Genesis ch1 vrs 26 it says US, so how do they explain that? The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit always have been. I can't believe that some of these people fall for believing someone Else's mistakes. Do they also believe that they only have a body and no mind or Spirit? How about a spirit and no body or mind? Do you see where I am going with this? If we are created in the image of God then we have a body, mind and Spirit, Just Like the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The MIND, the BODY when Christ came to Earth, and the Holy Spirit. Hello? It is pretty self explanatory. But you would not know this unless you read the bible for yourself. So people wake up and read it!! Your salvations depends on it.

Trinitarian arguments are SO dumb.
Not only Jesus and Jehovah existed before the creation of the material world ALL the angels did, too. Job 38:7, Rev. 22:16
Existing at that time does not make you eternal in a backward direction.
Only existing forever when there was nothing except Jehovah alone...which Jesus did not because he is God's Son and begotten and the brightest of his morning stars.

In the Old Testament God said to Moses, “I AM THAT I AM.” This name was used frequently by Jesus to validate His deity. When he frequently used the name “I AM,” He was saying, “I am God.”
“I AM the bread which came down from heaven.” John 6:41.
“I AM the light of the world.” John 8:12.
“I AM the door.” John 10:7.
“I AM the good shepherd.” John 10:11.
“I AM the resurrection and the life.” John 11:25.
“I AM the way, the truth and the life.” John 14:6.
“I AM the true vine.” John 15:1.
The deity of Christ means that Christ is God.

A couple of scriptures taken out of context do not prove a Trinity. Why? Because the concept of a Triuane God is out of harmony with the BIble. The Trinity doctrine is a pagan teaching that was fused in with apostate Christianity in the 4th century CE.
Never is Jesus called "God the Son" but "Son of God" in the Bible.
Back to your confusion regarding the meaning of God's name Jehovah.
In Ex.3:14,God's reply to Moses in Hebrew was: 'Ehyeh' 'Asher' 'Ehyeh'.Some translations render this as "I AM THAT I AM". However,it is to be noted that the Hebrew verb hayah', from which the word 'Ehyeh' is drawn, does not mean simply "be". Rather, it means "become", or "prove to be".The reference here is not to God's self-existence but to what he has in mind to become toward others. Therefore the NWT properly renders the above Hebrew expression as "I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE". Jehovah thereafter added: "This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, 'I SHALL PROVE TO BE has sent me to you'".(Ex3:14).
The name Jehovah comes from the Hebrew hawah', "become", and actually means "He causes to become".This reveals Jehovah as the One who, with progressive action, causes himself to become the Fulfiller of promises.
In Matthew chapter 16 and verse 13 Jesus asks his disciples:" Who are men saying the Son of man is?",and then asks his disciples who they think he is.In verse 16 Simon Peter responds by saying:"You are the Christ, the Son of the living God".
How much plainer does it need to be??
The Bible does not teach that Jehovah God and Jesus Christ are one and the same - simple. One is Almighty and the other is mighty. One is the Father and the other is the Son.One has always been and the other was created. - simple.
Jehovah's Witnesses have no trouble discerning the Bible. We do of course have alot of trouble believing that Jesus is Jehovah because it is just not so!
Just to add that 'jimi4950'also has no idea what he is talking about. I have a old King James Version bible. And guess what?? God's name appears in it and more than once. What name I hear you ask? Why Jehovah of course!!!While there can no certainity as to how the divine name was originally pronounced in Hebrew and many scholars favor the spelling "Yahweh".It is uncertain and there is no agreement among them.On the other hand, "Jehovah" is the form of the name that is most readily recognised, because it has been used in English for centuries and preserves, equally with other forms, the four consonants of the Hebrew Tetragrammaton.

you should point out that on the triumphant entry, the people were treating Jesus like their king and shouting to him. The Pharisees told him to tell them to be quiet because apparently only God deserved this treatment.
Jesus said, "If they are quiet, even the rocks will cry out!"
What is Jesus saying about himself here?
If he was not equal to God, then alowing the people to treat him like this was a sin.
Did Jesus sin?
Not hardly. He is the ETERNAL SON OF GOD!
All All All things were created through him and for him and nothing that has been created was created without him. How could he be a creation?
And on another occasion, Jesus healed 11 men of leprosy. When only one returned to thank "Him", he asked, "Didn't I heal 11? where are the other 10? why has only 1 come back to give thanks to "God"?
My quote may be off but the idea is not.
Oh well, God has chosen who he has chosen.
If they don't hear it is because he can't get through to them because of their hands being over their ears.
Still we can pray for them.
And actually, that is the most powerful thing we can and should do.

Q1a. If you are referring to Jehovah as Lord God Almighty no dispute.
Q1b. if you are referring to Jesus as Lord Almighty there is the despute not only by me but the Bible also 1. Jesus himself says who he is, does he say he is Jehovah Almighty? No! He says he is Jehovah God's son.(John10:36)36what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'? Does God say that He is Jesus in human form? No! When Jesus was baptised God says Jesus is his son(Matthew3:17)17And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."
Another interesting thing Jesus says comes to mind here(John14:28)
28"You heard me say, 'I am going away and I am coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.How could Jesus possibly be Jehovah if he says that Jehovah his Father is greater Jesus couldn't be greater than himself could he?Another thing is Jesus calls Jehovah his God he wouldn't be his own God would he?(Psalm89:26)
26 He will call out to me, 'You are my Father,
my God, the Rock my Savior.'
If Jesus were Jehovah he would be doing his own will right?(John4:34)34"My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. If Jesus was Jehovah why would he have made that statement? Also If he is Jehovah he should have known the day and the hour of the end of this system of things(Matthew24:36)36"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. In (Psalm23:1-6) David is talking about Jehovah he uses God's name Jehovah there even though most translations of the Bible replace the name Jehovah with Lord or God. now to your last Question Why Jehovah's Witnesses have so much trouble seeing that Jesus is Jehovah, that is because he is not and also becauase we worship Jehovah in spirit and truth(John4:24)24God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."

The context of the 23rd chapter of Jeremiah has to do with God calling his shepherds, priests, and erring prophets to account for abusing and misleading his sheep.
For example, the chapter starts off with these words: "Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of my pasturage!" is the utterance of Jehovah. Therefore this is what Jehovah the God of Israel has said against the shepherds who are shepherding my people: "You yourselves have scattered my sheep; and you kept dispersing them, and you have not turned your attention to them. Here I am turning my attention upon you for the badness of your dealings," is the utterance of Jehovah."
Just how many Shepherds make up the trinity?

Answer 2: David is speaking of Jehovah..
Men and God were call a "Shepherd", but Jesus was called the Good or Fine Shepherd.
Now, answer me this.
If you say Jesus is Jehovah, then why does Jehovah refer to Jesus as "HE" and not "ME" or "I" in the Old Testament?

Watchtower leaders knew, as early as the 1940's by the new information generated from the Dead Sea Scrolls, that Jehovah was never God's divine name in any language. It is not found is any Hebrew or Greek Manuscript. It was first used in the 13th century as a substitute for the divine name by a Spanish Catholic Monk. (See WT publication, The Divine Name That Will Endure Forever, p.17) Raymundus Martini mixed the vowels of Adonai and Elohim with the consonants of the Tetragram to form the name "Jehovah." So in reality one substitute has no greater significance than any other substitute, for a substitute is a substitute. Since the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, Bible Scholars have use the name Yahweh. It is believed by both Jews and Christians to be the closest rendering of the divine name. Watchtower leaders simply did not want to give-up the name "Jehovah" because it had become a symbol for their movement. First of all the name jehovah is not god's name, JW's will always have a hard time seeing it because they do not do their own thinking, it's done for them.
