Your body is getting used to more fiber in your diet.
Water is keeping things moving and exercising also.
People who eat healthy and exercise (most of them) experience this because the food you eat is "alive".

u didn't write what kind of work out u do. but if u lift weights and do not eat protein after that causes gassiness- your body extracts protein from all organs and it is very bad for stomach. i would recommend to eat at least some amount of protein after - nuts or egg whites

working out increases your metabolic rate thus increases chemical reactions in your body. Being gassy is normal

Veggies can give you gas. Drink more water and take a Gas-X once in a while. Good luck!
