I am in the Old Testament, my daughter was a famous women, I am a powerful ruler and many men are terriferd of me, I have been wrongly blamed for many things, however I must confess to having burnt an entire city to the ground, but my son helped me save many people, I am very skilful at making things, I am thought of as a harsh ruler, but am really very merciful, I knew Abraham, I have an unusual name that can mean a number of things, among them are: Rock, The Mighty One and Hope.

You are speaking of god, or in the original bible text in english, 'Jehovah' I have heard it means causes to become. Also there is no mention of a daughter.

I think it must be the Pharaoh who gave Hagar to Abraham but I am not sure she was his daughter.
