Definitely not.
Battery hens are hens raised in batteries of cages so that they can only eat and grow quickly but without exercise or health. This cruelty is still very common but consumers in the UK are beginning to recognise that organic chicken is better for their health and peace of mind.
One organic chicken is better than three factory raised birds any day.

For the song It would have to be "Three battery raised cellophaned supermarket chicken" - they're probably French!!
The "Three Organic Live Hens" are probably English, which is too many syllables and doesn't fit!
