I work on a warship. Breakfast is from 6 am to 7 am. A lot of the time I oversleep and wake up after 7. I can't eat afterwards because I have to work. Is there a good supplement to take to make up for it? i.e. centrum, etc.

Eat an apple and have some orange juice in the morning. You can get also protein bars with all kinds of vitamins and proteins in it. Always opt for the natural foods first and take the vitamins as a supplement only.

No - you cant replace breakfast with any supplements.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - it lets your body know its time to wake up and start burning calories.
If you know you might oversleep- make sure you have something to grab and eat on the go - protein shake/bar, trail mix, banana, sandwich (made night before), leftovers etc.
Dont take any supplements on empty stomach.

It really is not good to take supplements on an empty stomach. They should be taken with food. If you must skip a meal, it is better just to drink water.
