Pl try simple acupressure given below first.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

I just brought my wife home today from the hospital. She had surgery last thursday to correct a condition known as a Chiari Malformation. It basically is caused by part of the cerebral tonsils of your brain putting pressure on your spinal cord / brain stem. Google the thing and you'll find much more information than I can post here. Her symptoms were localized headaches, occasional dizziness and occasional pain radiating down her arm. Since it originates where it does, symptoms can be almost anything but headaches are very often the most common one displayed and they can be as you say, only on one side. You would need to see a neurologist or a neurosurgeon to have this accurately diagnosed or ruled out after having an MRI. The Dr. that did her surgery has done over 400 of these "decompression" procedures, we had never heard of it up until a couple of months ago. Lots regular doctors don't think of things like this or are not as familiar as a neuro. would be. Don' t have any idea if that could be what you have but it may be something you want to check into. Best of luck in finding a fix for whatever it is.

There has been a lot of research into migraine, but as yet no-one has the definitive answer. I have done some research with a relative, to see if there were any particular foods or triggers that might start them , but there was no common denominator. My relative takes something called Zomig - expensive, but it works. Also, sometimes if she can catch the headache when it is just starting, a couple of soluble aspirin will do the trick.

maybe too much stress on your eyes
try staring off into space...like you are looking for the hidden picture in one of those pics. Or look to the farthest point out a window.

stress, not enough water, bad diet, not enough exercise.

I recommend -- massage therapy, visiting a chiropractor, making sure you have a good mattress and pillow, eating alot of fiber and fresh foods, and drink ALOT of water....and do some type of exercise and/or yoga type thing.

Count to 3 ... whilst visualizing the numbers. Then count back to 1 ... also whilst visualizing the numbers.
