Is Hysteria a kind of anxiety ?

It is a sort of resolving anxiety by 'abnormal' means and hence self defeating,won't really solve the problem in the end.Although hysteria is a reaction to anxiety experienced ,right now anxiety is not present in hysteria because of such resolution.

If you marry in the right time, you will not face Hysteria. There is no relation with anxiety. This is related with fullfillment of sexual desire.

I think so. It can kind of be a symptom of anxiety to get hysterical, if that's what you mean.
