1. Eat 6 portioned size meals a day.
2. Do cardio 4-5 times a week for at least 30 mins.
3. Do resistance training (weight machines or free weights) on interval basis...different muscle groups worked out every other day.
4. 7-8 hours of sleep
5. No soda, candy or other junk food.
6. Drink lots of water (around 64 oz. daily)

Eat healthy...I like to think of it like this, put as much color on your plate as possible, meaning veggies and fruits. Try to start eating 6-8 times a day small portions rather than 3 larger ones. That will help boost your metabolism. Drink LOTS of water, no soda at all or anything w/ high fructose corn syrup in it. Also, start some kind of exercise...even just walking for 30 minutes a day will help!
I hope that I have been a little help to you! I am not an expert, but that is what worked for me!
Good Luck!

I found the best way for me was eat a lot less food, no sugar, white bread, very little rice and no fried anything!
I also take fiber such as Metamucil once a day. (Causes gas, though.)
It's harder to do now that I'm older, but I need to lose 20 lbs.
I feel better then, at about 170/180 lbs.
Good luck.

Hi
What you are asking for is professional advice and I doubt there are any on this forum qualified to give it, including myself. All I can suggest is that you read the best book ever published on the subject, it will cost a few bucks but will be best investment you ever made.
You can download it from this site;

and by the way you get a full money back guarantee if not satisfied

to lose weight you need to eat a balanced diet that means actually eating three meals a day to keep your body working to break the food down, otherwise if you only eat sometimes then when you do go to eat something your body's going to store that food because it thinks it might not it for while again, oh and also it helps to stay active during the day.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) speeds your metabolism so you are burning more fuel (calories) even between your workouts. An example of a simple HIIT workout is to sprint for 1 minute, jog for 2 minutes, repeat until you have been doing it for 20 minutes.
