I haven't been to church since I was very young and now that i am out on my own I want to become more spiritual. How do i go about finding a good catholic church in the San Fernando valley? Any tips on what to look for?

Look for one that is having Bingo or a Casino night. Casually drop in during the event and look for the priest that will either be by the person calling the numbers or the black jack table.
Honestly ask the priest what would Jesus think of throwing down a few bets and scoring some cash in his house?

You should find out which parish you live in and give that church a try first. There is probably a parish within walking distance of your home.

U could start by searching the diocese of San Fernando to find a listing of local parishes, and if you have good, practicing Catholic friends, ask them for good churches too.
