But what if his previous family just dumped him or her on the side of the road and drove off.? You going to let him or her starve.?
Get a whole lot of that out where I live. That cute little fuzz ball when they got him or her suddenly takes up the whole apartment. Next stop they bring him or her out here in the woods throw him or her out and drive off.

No, my son's dogs escaped several times. They only returned by themselves a couple of times. The rest of the returns were because the pound was able to trace their microchips to my son.
