im 15 about 5'4 and 150 pounds im not like ultra fat its just my stomach i have huge love handles there so gross i know weights not that important but i wanna look and feel healthy what are some good ways !

you cant spot reduce body fat - the only way you can get rid of fat in any specific areas is by reducing body fat percentage.
find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise, 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas

How to loose 10 - 20kgs in two months and look your best!

1. Eat uncooked fruits and veggies throughout the day ONLY.
2. Have 1 multi-vitamin tablet and 1 iron tablet daily to keep healthy.
3. Drink heaps of water.
4. Have lots of sleep.
5. Do tonnes of exercise.
6. Keep your faced clean and scrub daily.
7. Keep your hair beautiful washed weekly.
8. Don't give up.
9. Have a diary with what you eat - no more than 1000 calories a day MAX!

Cardiovascular exercise. Running/jogging, walking briskly, biking, rowing, stair-stepping, kickboxing, etc. Anything that gets your heartrate up and makes you sweat. Try to do this 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes at moderate to high intensity. Also, once you are comfortable with your weight..add resistance exercises to help maintain your weight.

Also, keep to a diet rich in vegetables/fruits, whole grains, lean meats, and cut down on starches and sugars. Good luck.

i'm 13;nearly5'3 and 135lbs.
yeah, clearly, i'm not the fattest person my age,
but i'm carrying a little extra in my thighs and abdomen.
i do cardio, run 2 or more miles usually doing 8+ miles a week and if you have comcast on demand, try following along in the work out programs. they have programs for the stomach area and other places.

also cut out ALL SODA! that includes diet soda too.
diet soda just raises your blood pressure and what-not.
drink lots and lots of water. i don't like regular water, so flavored water will do just as well.

well do a lot of sit ups, Run and do cardio. Those are some excersice that you could do then dirink a LOT of water. Also eat a lot of spicy food so that you would take out less calories And feel fulller

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
