Unless he had some horrible disease, I don't think so. Why was it yellow? Was it stained? Or was there some kind of substance on it? I think you should be fine

Yuck! There were almost certainly germs on the shirt that also ended up in your mouth. But, fortunately, your immune system offers protection from germs.
Since there is some chance of contracting an infection, you should discuss the incident with an advice nurse or other medical professional.

No your safe. My parents are doctors and they say not to worry. Although we agree that your friend is a little nasty for sticking a dirty shirt in you mouth.

Ive lived for years!
And when i was a child, there was NO helmets
No carseat laws, we rode in the back of pick ups on loads of hay down the highway.....tons of kids, mind you, hoopin and hollerin, standin up!
We go carted and minibiked on country roads.....
with no license
no helmets
with only our parents followin in the p/u truck to watchful eyes
we bicycled for miles and miles down crooked country roads and up the river paths and down and out and up ...on and on, cars passed...no helmets
HEY!! we lived!!!!!
We took gym class, swimmin class, sweated to the oldies....showered with our friends in the open
guess what??? we are here to talk about it!!!

Only if he had something for you to catch. (Or if he'd swabbed the locker room floor with his shirt or something.) Even then, odds are good your immune system would take care of it.
