That's a bit rough isn't it, so much for Christmas spirit and all that, I think you are allowed at a licensed venue as long as you dont drink alcohol.

You can't do anything. And no it's not discrimination - first of all, it's a party, and you don't have some legal right to be invited to a party - secondly, age discrimination is only an issue if you are over 40.

The company is protecting itself by not allowing underage employees to attend a party where there is liquor served. They could get in quite a bit of legal trouble if you were at the party and were served alcohol.

I don't think this is discrimination, because alcohol is probably involve and they might be going to the strip club.
