Learn about income taxes and file yourself. With a decent education and about 10 hours reading, you can do it yourself for life. Or get yourself a copy of Turbo Tax or Tax Cut software and you don't have to read everything. H&R Block hires lots of seasonal help and much of that help is not very good.

Your refund will depend on how much you have withheld at your job, and without that info there's no way to tell. And do you expect to have a net income from your business for the year? That will matter a lot too. And do the two children live with you? How old are they? Are you married, and if so, does your spouse work also? Post again with that info, and someone can give you a reasonable estimate.
