Have you ever been in a situation where you pray, seek and knock but there is no answer? What can I do? how can I move on? I was in mission field for a while and after I came back to the state, I've been searching for a job because I was thinking that I would go into ministry later so I was looking for job in a meanwhile. I've been searching for a job for past five months but it was hard to find and I was offered like two job but something blocked me from taking it. When I try to talk to my parents about going into ministry that I want, parents are saying "No" and that I should save up money for now. If God seems to be silent on ministry or finding me a job, what can I do? I seem so lost on which direction to go now. What can I do? how can I restore my health? spiritually, phyically, emotinally? how do I know which direction to go if God seems silent on both ways? how can I really restore passion and direction? any suggestion? could you pray for me if you read this? Thank you.

Have you considered fasting? Sometimes there are demonic forces hindering our prayers, and we need to fast along with our prayers like Daniel did. When Jesus told us how to pray in Matthew 6, He also told us how to fast. Jesus spoke about fasting again in Matthew 17. I will lift you up in my prayers, that the Lord restore your passion and give you direction. God bless you!!!

Lovingly,
Virginia

Just because we may think God is not listening does not me He isn't, God is always listening, God may have different plans then the plans we have. That is when we have to step back and ask God what we should do, and try not going full speed ahead without The Lord.
You can't give up, you have to hold stead fast, It is only when we have the most faith, that we get answers, We cannot let ourselves deteriorate and doubt, nope never, You got to know God does have a plan for your life, God had that plan since before you were born. We are all instruments in Christ, so don't ever think God isn't listening, sit back and look at all the things you have to Thank The Lord For, Then have faith and know, just know your answer will come in Gods time, not ours.

I certainly understand your situation...but if you have truly asked God for answers...be patient. You have to remember that God's time table is not like ours...he is never early..never late..but always on time. What do you do when you are waiting on a answer from God? You keep your heart before him...meaning..meditate in the word...read it...or listen to good Christian music, or good sermon from a source that you are comfortable receiving from. God is such a loving God...he knows where you are right now. Keep looking for work....God will open the right door...Please remember being in the ministry, doesn't necessarily mean standing behind a pulpit...We as Christians are all ministers in different capcities....We are ALL called to serve Man, as Jesus did..he was a "man servent"..that is why he came...to serve man. Just keep your heart before God...he will answer.

Don't give up cause God isn't through with you. Keep on praying diligently and look for God to answer, cause He will in His way and time. I know it can get hard at times but God has something for you to do right where you are right now. Start witnessing to people on the street or in the stores. God opens up doors that we hardly ever think of. But He opens them for us to grow and to reach out to others. Just trust that something freat is coming your way.
Dear LORD, I pray for this young soul to be strengthened and refreshed in your Holy Spirit. I pray for your guidance and wisdom with understanding to fill them and bless them this day with your presence. In your name LORD Jesus, amen.

Hardship?
i am believing that if i am unable to identify the will of God,
that is great hardship.
The flesh and blood matter is not the hardship for a christian. He is already committed for every situation. if He is not a christian he feels the different situtions as hardships and as pleased times.
IF God is silent in your silent, i am believing that time is not the time of God to bring ourselves from the hardships. He is waiting to teach new lessons to undestood the new tasks, in our future life. we need not to worry

The Divine shows Its face everywhere........in everything and everybody. You just have to know where to look.

God is not going to do things for you. If there's something you want, you have to acquire it yourself. You were already born with everything you need to have a happy life. Isn't life itself enough of a miracle?

Isaiah 40:31 - But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.

God hears you still... and He is indeed there even when He doesn't seem like it. just look at it as another step in making you more like Christ. lean on the Word.

sometimes god leaves it up to us to make our own decisions. its no different than our own parents, there comes a time for us to follow our own paths. god does not wont to always choose the path we take. no matter what, always have faith in the lord because he will never lead you astray. always believe in the lord and you will never go wrong. success is not measured in this lifetime. god has to be able to have faith in us just the same as we do him. god gave his only son for us therefore he has faith in us.
