we went out 3 months ago and he asked me to get back with him...before i answered him i asked him why he had broken up with me in the first place. he said this girl had been flirtin with him and told him to break up with me so he did. he was honest, i give him that. the problem is that i told him yes and we met and kissed at school (high school) and he later myspaced my brothers to ask if he could go out with me. one of them said no. so my boyfriend(well almost there) decided not to get with me to not break up his "relationship" with my brother. today i was told that his friends dared him to kiss me..so i need to know ...because i cant believe it myself especially after he confessed he loved me and me to him...is he just playin with me???

Girl's instinct, yes.
I have got a feeling that he was just trying to show off when he was dared by others; to kiss, and also to break up.
If he broke up with you just because he was asked by a girl who flirted him, i don't think he loves you much. Breaking up is a big matter, doesn't it? He did not want to get with you just because your brother said no, don't you feel that you are of no importance? He could just let you go like that. If he appreciates you, he wouldn't have done so many things that hurt...

Hmm....yeah, he is just playing you. I would find someone else because if he really did love you, do you honestly think that he would break up with you just because his flirting buddy told him to? If he really loved you do you think he would be flirting with someone else? Um...no I don't think so, so I think you need to find someone else that does like or love you.
