How is it that you can be within walking distance of a police precinct and have your car broken into? And then when the police is called it takes twenty minutes to get there. Serve and protecting who? People think that just because a precinct is placed in a "high crime" neighborhood that work does not need to be done in that neighborhood. Clean up around your home then work on your surroundings. You can write me a ticket for going over the speed limit miles away from your area, yet you have criminals right under your nose stealing, and killing. Could it be because financial gain is more important or are they just scared to really protect and serve?

Chi-town,That is your problem you idiot! No one is asking you to be everywhere if you could read I said protect your area first. You are right, you are not Superman because he protects his home and focus on the major issues. That says a lot about a police precinct since you say "park in a safer place." The car was right around the corner. Not once did I say it was my car you JACK OFF!!! Lastly sweetie I don't live in the hood and make way more than you will ever make plus benefits.
