To be honest with you I had the same question until a friend held what was called a SPA Escape. They did facials....basic spa stuff.

Depends on what you are looking for....

I started using Beauticontrol after the party. It's compared to Avon and Mary Kay but its dermotologist strenth stuff! I love the way my face looks and feels and I had horrible acne.

They have a Microdermabrasion set but that isn't always what is needed. They have these Maintence sets or sell them seperately..

umm i tht u shld go for garnier products..umm i tht u shld use moisturizer that has the label of non-comodegenic..try steiffi..umm they look gradiant because they use shimmering and foundation and cream and stuff..go for facial,u can try sg website at 88db, with a clear look, then apply moisturizer and cream mousse and put sme nuke colour make up..u will look gradiant..
