What should you "do" to a guy to turn him on? Well, if you're dating him, you could try existing. Really, all that I need to get turned on is to think about the girl I love. It's amazing what just the idea of personal fantasy can do for you.
As far as what you can do to get him more turned on than he will already be in your presence, you could try kissing his neck or just behind his ear, giving him a nice, sensual massage (back massages do work if you're avoiding private areas), rub/scratch his head, etc.
If you're going for hardcore, hot-n-heavy turn-ons, then you could kiss his chest and stomach, especially the area just above his hip bones, or just go straight for the kill and grab his crotch, but that's just being uncreative.
Essentially, you can touch any part of the body the right way and increase arousal levels. What remains to be determined is: what parts being touched and with what type of touch are the best for your guy.
