What do you enjoy doing? What are you good at? Think about those things and then offer to do them for money. Can you bake cookies? If so then offer to bake Christmas cookies for folks who don't have time or aren't good at it. Can you make a nice scrapbook? How about wrapping gifts or putting up Christmas decorations? You could give a few lessons to folks on how to use their computer. Make some Christmas themed doggie bandanas (look up how on the net, you don't have to be able to sew to do it).
Think about things your Mom doesn't have time to do, that's what folks will be willing to pay for.
Now, if I were you I'd start out by asking teachers, your Mom's friends, folks at church. Start with people you know. Maybe even make up some flyers for yourself and give them to these people. Tell them if they aren't interested then pass the flyer on to someone else. Most anyone would do that for you.
We have a neighbor boy who is your age and he's always coming around and helping me with gardening work and asking for more to do. He's very polite and outgoing and that's why I first trusted him to help me...he also didn't give up!
Good luck. I hope you have the best Christmas ever, you deserve it.

You little sweetheart. It's so refreshing to hear a girl your age thinking of someone other than herself! No, you don't have to strip, EVER, no matter how old you are. It's a shame that it would even cross your mind! Anyway, girls your age can do a few things. Why not babysit for someone you know? You can even make things and sell them. (like bracelets, cookies, or some craft you're really good at) You can also offer to help an elderly neighbor! Maybe you can mow their lawn, clean up their house, or even take their dog out for walks. There is a LOT you can do! Good luck and Merry Christmas!

The best thing you can do to help your mom is help around the house. Clean up, wash, cook. Do some of the housework your mom do in the house. Having two jobs, she need all the rest she can get. And when you are 16 you can get a part time job to help out.
