Obviously I don't know anything about this individual case, and his doctors are the ones who can advise.

But I can tell you that after my father had testicular cancer at 29, he went on to have three more children. He died aged 76 of something unrelated to cancer.

It is possible that he wouldnt be able to have children, but not guaranteed. The only way to find out is to have a fertility test done. I've had chemo two different times in my life and I've been told that it's unlikely I will be able to have children, but nobody really knows for sure.

Ask your boyfriend. If he doesn't know then he needs to have a doctor test him.
