Im impressed with how close we kept that game for a while. I seriously doubted we could hang with North Carolina at all after seeing what A&M did to us a few days ago. But, last years team wasnt all that great right off the bat either. Thad will get this thing going and we could be a great team going into March, led by freshman center Kosta Koufous. Kids a player.

look, i don't want to sound like im angry at osu, but they simply haven't looked impressive. unc had a terrible first half, and osu was lucky for that to happen. so osu won the first half....not the game. the play by play announcer stated that osu went through more than a 10 minute scoreless drought in the second half. i saw poor shot selection, decision making, defensive recovery, and the list goes on (foul shots not made by osu and then osu committing fouls. the funny thing is, i ranted about jon diebler being unproductive to friends and he shows some potential tonight making me look stupid. on the same token i talked up kosta koufos, and he decides that he is going to play like he has never seen a basketball before in his life. i don't know, i certainly didn't expect a win, but the things i saw tonight.......yikes.........i wouldn't get your hopes up as an osu fan wanting to see them make the big dance....sorry, but i don't see much.

To be honest, I believe OSU will probably make the sweet sixteen but that is it. There are definitely better teams. Also, North Carolina is overrated this year as is UCLA. I am not surprised OSU hung around against UNC.
