I have been growing my hair since childhood and the best vitamin I have found throughout the years is actually a prenatal vitamin.

A prenatal vitamin has all of the essential nutrients to help a baby grow healthy and strong so it will just do the same for your body and in our case hair ;)

My hair is almost down to my ankles, my four year old daughter and I will be donating our hair to the locks of love foundation once it reaches our feet :)

Good luck and I hope this information helps

Try Shen min and Biotin together. I lost my hair in patches all over and this continued off and on for a yr. now. by a condition called alopecia areata. However I tried these 2 vitamins and my hair started growing back! And to top it off it was in less than a month. So if it helped me surely it will help you..hope I helped.

I don't know about the vitamins, but keep your hair soft with a good brush. Trim it often- split ends are evil. And the longer your hair is, the older it is- treat it like an antique!
