Do you feel better after you eat ? do you feel thirsty at night? does the pain get worse at night? you have to write down more info on what you are feeling and were exactly.
I have a lot of stomatch problems, i eat way too much lemon, chilli , soda and just plain old junk food that isn't good for me. No i have Gastritis, that is inflamation of the stomatch lining. If i don't take my pills( metronidazole) my gastritis can turn into an ulcer. Once you get an ulcer they are hard to get rid of.
I used to feel hungry all the time because that would make the pain go away, at night was when it was the worst and i had to drink lots of water to feel better.
just try to cut back on fatty , greasy , salty, spicy and sour liquids and solids. you will start to feel so much better. don't forgett to talk to your doctor as well. he might need to give you an ultrasound or put a tube down your nose to your stomatch to see what is going on ( the only alternative to this one is for the doctor to take two small tubes of blood to see if you have an infection in your stomatch) thats better than the tube. just make sure you take plenty of juice nd food for after they take your blood.

That happened to me last summer and I had no other symptoms but the weird stomach pains. It ended up being the stomach flu and as soon as they gave me a shot and I got some rest I felt so much better. I'm not positive thats what it is though, you should definitely talk to your doctor asap.

Sounds like you're constipated. Drink lots of water and juice, and eat foods that are high in fiber, and lots of veggies!! You can eat shredded wheat, lots of beans, applesauce, green vegetables. Try that, and I hope you feel better!!!
Also, a little Mary Jane -always- loosens the bowels for me. I've read other accounts where this is the only method that is effective. If you're into that sort of thing.

It could be a million things. Does it hurt after eating? Eating certain foods? When you're stressed? Have you been to someplace foreign recently? Lots and lots of things can make your stomach hurt.
I have a chronic digestive illness so you can e-mail me if you have specific questions. I used to practically live at my GI doctor's office.

I know it sounds juvinile, but it could be gas. I have really bad stomach issues, and if I get a gas bubble stuck in my stomach or in my intestine somewhere, I can't even stand up straight.
