THE INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR THE VEHICLE AND YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE WOULD PAY FOR THE REST.

THE POLICE AS WELL AS THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL INVESTIGATE ALL FATAL ACCIDENTS AND WILL DETERMINE WHAT WAS THE CAUSE AND IN SOME CASES IF POSSIBLE FIND OUT IF IT WAS INDEED AN ACCIDENT OR NOT.

Auto insurance isn't life insurance. The insurance company will pay according to the level of coverage. Yes, they do investigate accidents and can determine if it was truly an accident.

If you have a fatal accident than you dont have to worry about it do you? But if you are in a accident and kill someone else and it was fault, it all depends on what type of coverage you have. Some plans dont cover you at all, some will give you $500,000 if the family sues some will give 5,000,000.

What insurance company? Life insurance? Health insurance? Car insurance? Yes in all three cases, I believe, unless there is overlapping coverage

As for whether it can be determined to not be an accident...that would depend on the "accident."

Severed brake lines and such aren't that hard to detect.

If it's not an accident they will not pay. D.P.S investigators and Insurance investigators can tell if it was or was not an accident. Also any life insurance will not pay.

If YOU have a fatal accident you wouldn't need to worry about it.
