I'm sure there are a lot of Christian that struggle with this and many become addicted. It is a sin, and should not be done, and those who are commiting adultery should ask for forgiveness.

God will forgive all your sins. If you are already a born again believer, your sins have already been forgiven even before you commit them. However, it's obvious you feel a bit of remorse about this (and you should). The Holy Spirit is communicating with you and condemning you. This is one of the jobs He does. If you continue to ignore Him, the communication will ease and you may be on a path you don't really want to be on. That being said, your salvation will not be lost if you have truly gained it. Salvation is a gift you can not earn, therefore you can not lose it either. The reason you don't feel forgiven is because you may be already preparing in your mind to commit the sin again being that you've already done this five times. Remember, God loves you and He always stands by His promises. If you are His child, then you will always be His child.

Interesting question. It may seem like a question that only has one answer, like yes adultery is a sin>
However, I have had an experience in my life that connects with this question.
I divorced my husband. He had committed adultery, had physically and mentally abused me and had stolen and ended up in jail.
To excommunicate him, his church wanted me to witness against him so that they would have cause. They wanted me to state that he had physically and mentally abused me, and state that I knew he had stolen BUT THEY didn't want me to mention that he had committed adultery.
When I asked they why, they said that they considered the first two reasons, good cause to excommunicate, but they didn't consider adultery good cause.
I was astounded, and told them I would not give them any causes at all, if they didn't want me to mention adultery. And I refused to sign their papers.
He wasn't excommunicated because they didn't have my proof.
This was a "Christian" religion which I will not put a name to.

Many do.
Adultery is a terrible sin, but God's grace and forgiveness is greater to those who repent from their heart.

YES!!!!!!
I can not believe that this is a question. This act is a major sin and in Gods law this act results to death. God tells us in the Noble Quran that there is not a such thing as boyfriend and girlfriends. This is a newly invented thing where there is an excuse for fornication. Marriage really means legal intercourse.
God tells us that If you are not punished in this life for it you will definitely be punished in the next life in lest he repent and God forgives you. He also tells us that fornication leads us to harming or bodies.

The only person who has walked the face of this earth who has not sinned is Jesus. We try to be like Jesus, but because of the sinful nature of man, we all sin and come short of the Glory of God. That's why Jesus came, to wash all our sins away. All we have to do is ask, and we are forgiven. Isn't that awesome?

Depends on your definition, the Catholic Church says that Adultery comes in many forms, such as masturbation, reading sex stories, watching pronos, basically anything that stimulates you and you aren't with your wife or hubby, it is considered adultery. Considering the broad range of this, I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't even one person who hasn't committed adultery. But you know us Catholics...guilt, guilt, guilt! But we know how to party!

BUT... the fruit of the Spirit, is love, peace, joy, longsuffering, kindness faithfullness, gentleness, self control. Against such there is no law Ands those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh whith its pasions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit Let us not become comceited, provoking one another, envying on another.
