Can these be some of the clues but still not be the answer ?

Facts are dogma - Truth are Principle;
Facts are effect - Truth are Cause;
Facts are knowledge - Truth are Wisdom (which is also the foundation of knowledge)
Facts are Men's Searching from Tree of Knowledge:
Truth is the All-Knowing Intelligence of God

The truth is a simple thing. That something does exist.
Facts are details which can support the truth (whatever it is you are looking at).

Do UFOs exist?
Let's see - there have been videos, photographs, sightings without photographic evidence, physical evidence such as tracks left on the ground, etc.
The evidence seems to suggest they do...

Does God exist?
All we ever have - is talk about God.
And because the text of the Bible says God exists - doesn't mean it/he/she does.
Because if we ask God to show himself now --- he doesn't....

Facts (ie. details) can tally up to be evidence or proof for that 'thing' whatever...
When the details are all different and varied (never the same story twice) - then that thing may not exist at all, but simply lies in one's imagination - because it is never the same thing twice.

UFOs have been of all shapes and sizes etc -- because the definition, simply means that. It can be any size, shape, etc.
But certain types do show up again and again.

Facts stay are unaltered by any perspective.

Truth, on the other hand, changes from person to person based on race, religion, location, age, time(of knowledge learned and biases held at said time), ethnicity, and many many other variables.

You know, I answered this question a while back. Gave it thought, considered the context of the question, answered thoroughly. Now I discover you are posting the same question over and over and over again.

Shame on you!

Fact: The grass reflects light at a wavelength of ~510nm
Truth: The grass is green

Truth is subjective, fact is not.

FACT = ANYTHING DONE, ANYTHING ACTUALLY TRUE, THAT WHICH HAS HAPPENED

TRUTH = TRUE STATEMENT, UNDISPUTED FACT.
SO FACT IS TRUTH AND TRUTH IS FACTS
