My dog is 4-5 wks old I rescued him from being shot. He is a PB German Shepherd and was taken away from his mom too early I am guessing. He does not have diareha(spelling sorry) and he drinks water just fine. About 5-30 min after eating (puppy chow, meat, egg, puppy milk supp, basically everything. The Vet said he doesn't have parvovirus, so does anyone else know?

Probably the food you are feeding him is making him throw up. Puppies have pretty sensitive stomachs, putting all that junk in there is bound to make him throw up. Give him kibble, soaked in the milk replacer and forget the rest of the stuff.. Good kibble, not puppy chow.

A dog throwing up every now and then is quite normal for many breeds . If the dog acts lethargic afterwards , that can also be considered not out of the ordinary , as long as the dog recovers fully in a day or so . This is not to say there isn`t something wrong with him though . There may or may not be . There can be many reasons a dog throws up . Something he ate ........ too much exercise , especially after eating ............ out in the heat too long .......... excitement .......... etc . If the dog fully recovers within a couple days at most , and the throwing up episodes are far between (weeks or longer ) then probably there`s nothing to worry about . If he`s not better in a day or so , or if he`s throwing up regularly or semi regularly , make a note of all symptoms and take him to a vet for a check . If he`s throwing up fairly regularly , don`t wait ! Take him to the vet ASAP !

try making him slow down when he eats, when he was with the other puppies it was offend for yourself so you ate as fast as you could to get food also have him checked for worms if you think his belly is big after eat or drinks alot (of course it will be a little bigger, but if it seems really big) And keep him on one food for awhile if he inst use to the food it may take some time also try putting a scoop of cottage cheese or yogurt it help settle the stomach.

he is probably eating to fast. what you are mixing is ok if you are putting the kibble through the blender. at this age he should be getting fed every 4 hours.
if he is not getting fed often enough he is so hungry he wolfs it down.
actually I would not be giving him meat at this point unless it is boiled rinsed hmbg. some yogurt several times a week would help too
did the vet do a fecal?

It sounds like he ate too much, especially in such a short time. My 10 y/o dog tries to eat her 3 cups of food in 5 min. so if he ate all that in half an hour or less... wow. If he was eating fast, could be indigestion. Maybe allergies... why did he eat egg?

It might be problems digesting the food. Make sure he's eating slowly, even if you have to scatter the food around or put it in a tricky treat ball or something to get him to slow down. Best of luck to you! You've got a long row to hoe here with this little one.

He could be allergic to something in it... check with the vet for any allergies and let the vet know what the vomit looks like too that can help with a diagnosis.

Try making him some fresh cooked ground meat with rice and see if he keeps that down.
