I've been single so long and I really want to be in a relationship, not just a hookup. Not many guys at school intrest me, but a few do. However I can't get there attention and I want them to notice me. I have a crush on two guys at school, but I talk to neither one of them! I'm in the 9th grade and the 2 guys I like are in 12th grade and 10th grade. Yes I know the senior is too old for me, but whatever, its just highschool. They are completly opposite from eachother. The sophmore is just a regular guy and the senior is a gangster like guy, but hes clean cut and hes not the stupid loud ones, hes kind of quiet I guess. I really wanna grab their attention at school, so what should I do? Should I just talk to them or...? Please help!

Personally, I think you'd be wasting your time on the senior. You're right...he's too old for you and since you're a freshman, he probably wouldn't give you the time of day. Sorry....I've been through high school.....I know the seniors don't even look at freshmen. At least at my school, even a senior dating a sophomore was unheard of. If you like the sophomore, then try talking to him. Is he in a class of yours? Do you know him at all, or is he just a face in the crowd that you pass everyday? Is he in a club that you could join to get to know him?

I am only 23 and not that far removed from high school. Hind sight is twenty/twenty. Ask one of them out. The absolute worse that can happen is they say no. I know that might be terrifying to you, but believe me, if you don't you will look back and ask yourself why you didn't ask. If you get embarassed, it only natural. Breathe, think about what you are going to say and go for it. I know you probably have heard this a thousand times but even if he says no, you will be proud of yourself for asking. (PS I asked out a guy when I was in 11th grade-we are still together 7 years later and were planning to get married. It can work out!)

You're going to hate me for saying this, but you can't make it happen. There are things you CAN do to get their attention, like flirt using eye contact and smiles or talking to them in classes/in between classes. Personally, I'd go for the sophomore, he's more your age and he'll be in the same school you are for longer. Best of luck to you!

Well, first of all, be gentle.. men fall easy for a cute girl, you know.. discreet flirt.. men loves flirt also, you hook them up with flirt n' then the stuff goes steady to a relation... just try to look shy, so the dude don't get scared.. if you start tomorrow, by friday you'll have em hooked up.. if not, they're gay (just kiddin xD)

Yeah, you HAVE to hook them up first, just be yourself.. you don't want a relation with a jerk who ain't likes you as you are, huh? Be careful n' good luck sweetie..

Be yourself but be confident. Go up to each of them at different times and just start up a conversation. Continue conversating with them here and there and see if you can end up getting at least one of their numbers, then go from there.
