Is there any way to see if it's a wart?

I have had this little bump on my chin I'm not postive if it's a pimple of wart, it's been there for about a month. There has not been any pus, I picked at it once and it bled, but did not go away.

Usually warts have little tiny roots inside. You can see them once you cut through the surface. You may need to ask someone for assistance on this, lol. However, only a doctor or dermatologist would be able to tell you for sure.
