Any suggestions? I tried keeping them in the oven for an extra 5-8 min, they are crisp on the outside and keep their puff, but still uncooked inside. Help!

Your oven may be calibrated incorrectly. Turn it down a bit.

the heat is too high. I know this becuz as a guy i didn't know how to cook and thought the hotter it is the faster it cooks WRONG! it just cooks the out side fast but no so much the inside so turn down the heat and u should have them done the way u want.

Well, try defrosting them if they are frozen first. Secondly, turn down the heat and cook them longer.
