Ok, I'm a college student, and there's this girl in my Biology class. I was way too shy to talk to her up until Tuesday. I asked her what her name is and she told me. What does she think of me now? Will she feel comfortable talking to me now that took some initative? Will she feel weird if I didn't talk to her again? Ladies, your opinion please.

I only asked for her name, then I only said "oh, I'll be sure remember it then" since I couldn't think of something else to say. I forgot to introduce myself, though I'm outgoing with others in the class, just not with her. So she might know my name. I feel so stupid

I hope there was other conversation, not just a request for a name??? If not, try again and come up with several conversation topics that can connect the two of you...a difficult assignment, the next project, other classes you take, some kind of campus activity...etc.
In general, people react in kind....if you are friendly they are also. ... If you are aloof they will be too. There are exceptions, but most of the time "you reap what you sow".

Just say hey [name], I forgot to give you my name. After that talk about the class you're in or some current events to get her talking. She'll want to talk to you again, most women feel comfortable after being talked to once.

well now that she knows your name try saying hi to her, if she responds by saying your name then she's interested. she will not feel weird if you go and talk to her again because you've already introduced yourselves, right?

Go ahead and talk to her again...She'd be comfy with talking to you...crack a common joke or on yourself...she'd get excited.

well i think you should keep talking to her, you know start slow, ocasionaly funny joke, talk about common interests, slowly get to know her, not to fast,but do er buddy
