i am going out with this guy. we hav been going out for a month and i just started to get acne. (i am in 8th grade) and i am so self consicous i have no confidence in myself (even b4 the acne) and i was wondering is he mad that i hav zits like does it bother him will he break up with me guys i need ur help wat would u do..???

Most teenagers battle acne at least some. Most people don't go through their teen years acne free. Some are blessed, but most are not. He probably gets a zit every now and then, too. If he breaks up with you over that, then he is very shallow and you'd be better off without someone like that.

Most 8th graders have acne so don't worry. I am sure he won't dump you for that. If he does he is not worthy of you to begin with. You are too good for a shallow person like that.
After all would you dump a guy if he had acne??? I don't believe that you would.
Always remember to treat others the way that you would want them to treat you. Show the good example. People will respect you more for it. Respect is really what it is all about anyway. If the guy dumps you for having acne he is disrespecting you. So you don't need him. Move on to someone more sincere.
Smile and enjoy dating it will be fun to look back on when your an adult.

Try "Eskinol" it is much better than Proactive and only cost a couple of dollars a bottle. You will find "Eskinol" in asian food stores, it is a product of the Philippines. My wife had the same problem and tried Proactive, it didnt really work that well but when she used the "Eskinol" she started seeing results within a few days. She uses the Eskinol every nite before sleeping and it has cleared her skin completely.
The Eskinol also cleared the scars left from acne and now her skin is smooth and soft to the touch

darling one thing you will learn as get older is that everyone has , is going to have or has had ance. its not the big of a deal. when i was your age i would freak out that i had a zit and think i was so ulgy, but then you come to realize that its not your acne he is looking at, it is your beautiful face. if he breaks up with you for that then he is incredibly stupid!!! and plus if he dont have any acne, he will then you can always rub it in his face!!!!

if he genuinely likes you, it won't bother him that you have acne. i promise.
i got into a relationship with this gorgeous guy last year, and about a month or two later he started getting severe acne, but i was still head over heels for him and still thought he was attractive. he had acne for a good like 8 months before he finally got rid of it totally (he went on accutane for like 6 months) and i was into him the entire time. even though we're not together now, i still have feelings for him. the acne never mattered.

I know a little bit about zits, (having a lot myself) and I say that no guy would be upset over something as minor and natural as acne. If he likes you a lot he would be just fine with it, as he most likely will get them too if he hasn't already.

I just asked my 14 year old nephew and he says bad complexions "seriously gross me out". He can't help the way he feels... it just makes him squeamish. In his defense, everyone has some pet peeve that makes certain people unattractive to them.
Anyways, the good news is, you really don't need to suffer! Go see a dermatologist and get a prescription to zap em all away. There are several medications out there, the same ones don't work for everyone. A dermatologist will find the right one for you and as long as you keep up whatever regime he/she sets up for you, you'll be in the clear, er, so to speak. There's really no excuse these days to have a bad complexion ruin your life.

Well, I'm light skinned, so proactiv worked for a little while but you could see scars on my cheeks. I'm using Avene Cleanance K and Diacneal and Neostrata At-home peel system now, which is doing some miracles for my scars, which I thought I'd have forever. I still have them now but the improvement is like a dream. It's different for everyone so you kinda have to do trial and error.

Furst maybe you should get some acne cream... Thats what I did. It works over night...(some do)
Nuetrogena Works in two days I use that it's really useful..
If he really likes you he wont break up with you... Remember everyone is beautiful in their own ways... Maybe your beautiful in your heart.
I also would prefer a little makeup the day of the date... Not too much or you look like your trying to impress tons!

Well it shouldnt matter if he truely likes u but if he does screw him get ure self someone that likes u no matter how u look! by the way u an 8th grader sooner or later yall gona break up so dont worry about it to much be worry when u get to high school! =[
