Is there any way to automatically put double spaces in a word doc (pref word 2007 too)

go into format and select tools, then paragraph, there will be a place where you can select spacing increments.

You may have to highlight what you've written beforehand if it does not work right away.

Yes.

Right click anywhere on the tool bar and choose Customize. You will find the space and an half and double space in Categories: Format

Drag the option to the tool bar next to Bold or other formating tools.

There is also a feature that allows you to choose spacing from 1 to as many as you choose in the Categories: Format near the end.

my word already comes double spaced in 2007 but i dont think that there is really anyway to do it unless you mess around with your setting but becareful
